Yoga & Movement For Kids: 3-5 Years Old
$15 Walk-Ins or WELLPASS: 10 Classes for $99 (Families can share a wellpass)
Your kids will look forward Linda Shamash's Yoga and Movement class once they've tried it! Linda, a certified Montessori and Level I Yoga Instructor will introduce Montessori and Yoga Poses through songs and softly spoken word. At the end of this 1/2 hour class, children will feel confident, refreshed, and in-tune with their bodies and minds. This is a great way to introduce little ones to the power and pleasures of yoga early on. Feel free to bring lunch or snacks to enjoy before or after class. Coming to us with over 20 years of experience working with children using the Montessori Method in local schools, Linda Shamash is thrilled to unite this experience with her knowledge of yoga for children.
