Directions from The Long Island Expressway
Take Exit 62 North, Nichols Road (Route 97). Take Nichols Road north for 13 miles until it ends at Rt. 25A/North Country Rd in Stony Brook. Make a left. Travel approximately 1/4 mile until you see the Stony Brook Train Station on the left. HolisticWellness will be a few yards up on the right. Look for our sign, and see our building on top of a hill at the end of a long gravel driveway.

Directions from The Port Jefferson/Bridgeport Ferry:
Merge onto West Broadway, Rt. 25A going west. Travel 25A for five miles through the towns of Setauket and Stony Brook. See the Stony Brook Train Station on the left. HolisticWellness will be a few yards up on the right. Look for our sign, and see our building on top of a hill at the end of a long gravel driveway.

Train Stations
HolisticWellness is located diagonally across the street from the Stony Brook Train Station. For schedules of trains coming from Penn Station in New York City, Western and Eastern Suffolk, and Nassau County, see the Long Island Railroad/MTA website.

Train station pick-up is available for all treatments and workshops. Please call us 24 hours in advance to arrange for a car to pick you up and bring you to The Center.
